We understand that sometimes things don't line up and appointments need to be cancelled. For the smooth operation of our practice and the consideration of all our clients, please provide 48 hours notice for any cancellations to avoid being charged any fees. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment and accommodate any changes needed to ongoing scheduled sessions, however this will be subject to the availability of your therapist.
